I spend $250 on a birthday party here on a Saturday morning. One of my favorite guests won a lolly pop, but it that was broken. She is four years old and sobbing. The staff wouldn't give us a new lolly pop... wouldn't call a manager or owner for me to talk to... offered us nothing.

I come to Cedar Rapids to visit family and this place is so gross, it smells like dirty socks and half the games are broke. They don't even have a website? There are alot of Cedar Rapids people who live in Des Moines and we always talk about how gross The Playstation has become.

I remember coming here as a little kid. I loved it - what hyperactive 8 year old can resist 3 stories of tunnels, slides, ball pits, and more? Some of my best memories were birthday parties and field trips to The Play Station. It's a great place to bring the kids - they get exercise and have a lot of fun, while the parents can relax and watch! I highly recommend The Play Station - it's a great idea that needs to catch on nationwide!
